Total Chrome offers these hints for formatting your presentations in an effort to ensure that you get what you want. 35mm presentations that do not conform to a 3x2 format may cut off material or not fill the slide area. If you have not had any experience with creating slide shows or want to compare our 8k output to your present service please try our Free test slide offer.
And a reminder, save your presentation with the DOS Eight Dot Three format. This means the file name is eight letters followed by a period and the file extension of three letters (MYSHOW.PPT). Know how many slides are in your presentation. Remove any blank slides unless that is what you want. Send us only those images that you want. We do not image single slides out of a show, (1,5,8,21,35,and 40).We will image every slide in a presentation. If you can not delete slides or save just one slide then give us a call and we will explain these procedures.

File, Page Setup: Landscape, SELECT "Set Margins For Slides"
Prints and Overheads:
File, Page Setup, Landscape, DO NOT SELECT "Set Margins For Slides"

HARVARD GRAPHICS for WINDOWS

35mm Slides:
File, Presentation Setup, Paper Size, Letter, Print Setup, Format Slides.
Prints & Overheads:
File, Presentation Setup, Paper Size, Letter.

HARVARD GRAPHICS for DOS

35mm Slides:
Presentation Setup: select Slides, Orientation: Landscape.
Main Menu select Draw, Options Menu, Appearance, Chart proportions, 35mm Slide.
Save Slides as .CH3 files
Create a Folder (Directory) and HGCOPY your Charts and Presentations to this Folder.
This will copy all related files to the Folder.
SH3 Files are not complete they need the .CHT and .PAL files.

PAGEMAKER

35mm Slides:
Document Setup, Letter, Wide Page size at 3x2 (11.25"x7.5" or 11"x7.33")
Prints & Overhead:
Document Setup, Letter, Wide size at 11x8.5

PHOTOSHOP

35mm Slides:
Image size 3:2 ratio 9x6, 11.25x7.5, or 11x7.33
Prints & overheads:
Image size 11x8.5

POWERPOINT

35mm Slides:
File, Page Setup, select 35mm slide (Default is "on Screen Show")
Prints & Overheads:
File, Page Setup, select Overheads

QUARK XPRESS

35mm Slides:
Page Size, Letter use 3:2 ratio, (9x6, 11x7.33, 11.25x7.5) Landscape.
Prints & Overheads:
Page Size, Letter 11x8.5, Landscape.
